Looking Up

Ben has now been on his medications for just over 2 weeks now & he is doing well at this point in time. Since starting the Assure Plus his manure has become normal again thankfully, & he has been fine in his stall as well. I'm relieved that he's showing so much positive changes currently. His hay bag that gets filled in his stall has been almost empty by morning now which it hasn't been in a long while. He has been finishing all his meals with all supplements included, even the herbal ones! I keep his meals soaked with water since he is eating them good that way & its another way to get more water into him even though he is drinking just fine. He will be getting another gastroscopy in about 2 weeks to see if medications need to be continued along with another succeed fecal test.

He had his massage done today by his favorite massage therapist that he has been seeing for over 4 yrs now. He was not as bad as I expected. He had his usual areas along with the added issues from his ulcers mainly the hindgut is apparently his worst area which is what I thought anyway. He was found to have a broken energy field from everything that's happened to him recently, but it was able to be mended so he should begin healing better now. So here's to keep looking forward!
